Mental Health First Aid

Mental health matters just as much as physical health - and knowing how to recognise the signs of someone struggling can make all the difference. Our Mental Health First Aid training is designed to give participants the tools, understanding, and confidence to support colleagues, friends, or family through mental health challenges.

Through open discussion, interactive activities, and practical guidance, attendees will learn how to spot early warning signs, offer initial support, and guide someone towards professional help if needed.

It’s about creating a safer, more compassionate workplace - one where no one suffers in silence.
